Eligibility

You must be 18 years or olderand a UK resident to useour services. You mustcomplete a medicalquestionnaire truthfullyand accurately toallow our prescribers toassess yoursuitability fortreatment.Proof of identityor residence will be required.Providing false orincompleteinformation mayresult in cancellation oftreatment and could put yourhealth at risk.

Prescriptions

Viva Life is a prescribingservice. Prescriptions are issued, whenclinicallyappropriate, byqualified prescribers.Prescriptions aresent digitally to a Generalpharmaceutical Councilregistered partner pharmacy.

Dispensing

Prescriptions will be sentelectronically to our partnerpharmacy, which isregulatedby the GeneralPharmaceutical Council.Payment for medicationis directly to thepartner pharmacy and theirrefund andreturn policy applies. Under UK law, once aprescription has been fulfilled,it cannotbe cancelled,returned, or refunded.
